I have a passion for creating organised spaces. By creating an organised space it can bring peace and calm and a feeling of good mental health.

An organised space helps to focus the mind even for instance in a bedroom it can help with sleep and in an office can provide focus for work.

An organised space for instance in a kitchen can enable a person to become healthier

Things that help to create that space

1. Deciding upon a purpose for the room and best that space could be used.

2. Create a vision for your space this can be done by using creating vision boards with color schemes, furniture ideas.

3.Playing around with the different ideas and colors for a room.

4.What would you like that space feel like?

Practical steps you can take to organise that space

1.Take everything out of the room you would like to organise start with a blank canvas.

2. Either chuck it, keep it or charity it

3.Make sure every item has a purpose don't bring stuff back in that isn't going to work in the room.

4.Keep on top of it re assess every 6 months
