Steps for core confidence

Core confidence is something that can be found from within and there are many ways that it can built up like a muscle and over time.

What are the steps for core confidence?

1. Have a positive outlook for situations. Does that negative mind chatter take over and procrastination set in?

2.Be mindful don't live in the past or the present. Using mindfulness techniques enables us to be calm and present

3. Believe in yourself. Having positive self belief empowers you to make confident decisions in every day life.

4.Set attainable goals that are realistic. Break down goals in to smaller steps.

Having passion and doing the thing that you love promotes core confidence within yourself so you can walk in to a room full of strangers and feel confident to sell yourself and your business.

Finally look in the mirror and smile and think of all the amazing things you have accomplished.
