Setting Realistic Goals

When thinking about setting goals it is important to go through a number of steps is the goal realistic? Does this goal align with your values? What is the time frame for this goal?

Coaching can help you to set these goals and make them managable and achievable.

To set a realistic goal you need to think about what is happening in the hear and now and look at areas that could stop you achieving this goal.

When setting realistic goals it is Important to think about think about any obstacles that you could potentially be facing these may be things such as time, resources and finances.

Thinking about strengths that you have used in the past will also help you to gain clarity about how achievable a goal is.
